Since first completion in 2022, RMG London have proudly managed Grand Union, a Berkeley Group development as part of a long term regeneration project in Alperton, Wembley. Once complete the development will consist of over 3300 units and RMG London have managed the development through mobilisation and multiple partial handovers since inception.
The development comprises of a number of both private and council funded units, which we closely too work with Brent Council to manage on their behalf. Onsite is a number of amenities such as bowling alleys, interactive darts, meeting rooms and resident’s lounge. The development has already created a number of jobs and high quality places to live for the local community and we cannot wait to see it grow further.
