RMG London have managed Duval House from the point of construction in September 2021. Duval House is a key early development component of the Winstanley and York Road Regeneration led by Wandsworth & Richmond Council who we worked closely with to successfully onboard and manage the development to a high standard. Duval House is a 20-storey tower block consisting of 93 modern residential apartments, commercial unit space and the block benefits from having a open plan roof garden and communal co-working areas for all residents to enjoy and utilise.
We manage the onsite concierge team, alongside the day-to-day and long-term maintenance operations required to upkeep the development to the highest standard to ensure it remains the staple for regeneration in the Battersea area.
