RMG currently provides the full range of managing agent duties at 17 Berkeley St and 33 Dover St.
This management comprises twenty two residential apartments spread over eight levels in two blocks. We also manage a commercial unit which is currently a restaurant and situated on the ground and basement level of 33 Dover Street.
RMG have two internally appointed porters for these blocks. Their duties are wide ranging but include: meet and greet, security, cleaning and dealing with post.
These locally based staff are in close liaison with our property managers and assist us in providing a highly responsive service to local residents.
