Horlicks Quarter is another scheme which RMG London have mobilised in conjunction with Berkeley (Oxford & Chiltern) since day one. First completion was back in 2022 and we are proud to still have all the same team working on the development to this day. Another excellent regeneration project for the local borough of Slough, which has seen the old Horlicks Milk Factory turn into what will be a new development of circa 1200 homes.
With the development also a stones throw away from Slough Station, many commuters are finding themselves re-locating to more affordable yet just as high quality locations such as Horlicks, with only a 15 minute train from Slough to Paddington.
Horlicks Quarter is an incredibly aesthetically pleasing development, with water features running throughout, cinema rooms and relaxation areas for residents, alongside a kitchen and meeting room within the clock tower.
